This is third attempt on behalf of the petitioner, whose prayer was earlier refused vide orders dated 11th September, 2012 and 15th May, 2013 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 25709 of 2012 and 12726 of 2013 respectively in connection with Special Case No. 14 of 2007 arising out of R.C. PAT 2007 A 0024 pending before Special Judge, C.B.I.-III, Patna.
The case has already arrived almost at its fag end and petitioner, the solitary accused facing trial, has already entered into defence after statement recorded under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
In view of the above, there appears no reason to change the stand already taken. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the abovenamed petitioner, in connection with Special Case No. 14 of 2007 arising out of R.C. No. 24(A) of 2007 PAT, pending before learned Special Judge, C.B.I.-III, Patna, is hereby refused.
Simultaneously, the trial court is directed to conclude the
