This is an application seeking modification in order dated 03.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51726 of 2013 in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 112 of 2012 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
It is submitted that in fact petitioner’s father name is Saldeo Singh but inadvertently in the original application as well as in power filed alongwith, it is mentioned as Baldeo Singh, consequently, the error continued in the order dated 03.03.2014.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction at both the places during the course of the day and only, thereafter, the order dated 03.03.2014 be treated modified only to the extent stated above. Further, the period to avail the privilege granted to the petitioner vide order dated 03.03.2014 is extended till 09th April, 2014.
Let this order be communicated to the court aforementioned through FAX at the cost of the petitioner.
