The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Manshi P.S. Case No. 72 of 2013 (G.R. No. 884 of 2013) registered under Sections 417 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.
Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
