Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the
State.
The Petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr. No. 355 of 2012 arising out of Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 04 of 2004 instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-V, Gaya.
Considering that the progress in the trial is satisfactory and carbon copy of the post-mortem report has been sent to the Trial Court, I am not inclined to review the earlier orders refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to abide by the trial
plan.
