The petitioner, Makhan Singh @ Mani Singh seeks regular bail in Puraini Police Station Case No.34 of 2014 under Sections 25(1-B) A and 26 Arms Act.

The police apprehended the petitioner and recovered loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge from his possession.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 03.04.2014.

Having considered the facts that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and petitioner has remained in jail for

more than eight months, his prayer for bail is allowed.
