The petitioner, Raju Chouhan seeks bail in Special Case No. 14 of 2014 arising out of Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 224 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354A, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 12 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of previous enmity which would appear from Annexures 2 and 3, the present case has been filed making false and frivolous allegation. Petitioner is in jail since 07.05.2014.

Learned Additional PP however, opposes the prayer for bail.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner ill behaved with his minor daughter Kum-Kum Kumari.

It appears that prior to lodging of this case, the petitioner filed complaint case bearing Complaint Case No. 178 of 2013. The petitioner is in jail for more than six months.

Having considered the facts and nature of allegation, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1^st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Purnea in connection with Special Case No. 14 of 2014.
