Case No. 12 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 120B and 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
On information the police raided a lonely place and apprehended the petitioner and others. From possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and three live cartridges were recovered besides Rs. 575/-.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other similarly situated accused persons namely Banti Sahni, Arbind Sahni, Pawan Sahni and Gobardhan Sahni have already been

enlarged on bail vide order dated 24.09.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 34923 of 2014.
Learned APP did not dispute the facts.
Having considered the facts aforesaid and the fact that the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing and also the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 10½ months, he, namely, Pintoo Sahni is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Patna City, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 665 of 2014, arising out of Bypass P.S. Case No. 12 of 2014.
