Case No. 116 of 1991, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is of the year 1991, the petitioner was on bail till 2006 and thereafter, he entrusted his case to his pairvikar but the pairvikar did not make proper pairvi and consequently his bail bond was cancelled. The petitioner is in jail since 31.07.2014. The case has already been compromised and a compromise petition has also been filed in the court.

Having considered the facts that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one month, he, namely, Sunil Yadav is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3^rd Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, Barh, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 379 of 1996, arising out of Pandarak P.S. Case No. 116 of 1991.
