Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15.7.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18028 of 2014. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that up-till-now charge has not been framed and the petitioner is suffering in custody. Further submission is that the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration to be released on bail to which the learned APP opposes.
Finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner Md. Javed Beg @ Murza javed Beg, his prayer for bail is again rejected in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 322 of 2013 (S. T. No. 118 of 2014) pending in the court of learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Saharsa.

However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the court below.
