Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the
State.
The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Kotwali (University) P.S. Case No. 226 of 2013 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 469, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of Examination Control Act pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
