JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 21-01-2014 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 02.10.2013 in a trap case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7 and 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(D) of the P.C. Act.
It is alleged that the complainant, in order to get released the money with regard to vehicle rent from the Health Department, paid Rs. 5,000/- to this petitioner, who is an Assistant in the health department, near Sanjay Gandhi Botanical Garden.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner.
Considering the nature of accusation and period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance-II, (Trap) Patna in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 63 of 2013, Spl. Case No. 67 of 2013.
The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted by
