02. 20.08.2014 This is an application for modification of the order dated 20.09.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36819 of 2009 (Quashing).
It has been submitted that the name and address of the father of the Petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as Ramadaya Mishra and District-Madhubani whereas the name should have been Ram Ayodhya Mishra and DistrictMuzaffarpur.
The order is modified to the extent that the name and address of the father of the Petitioner be read as Ram Ayodhaya Mishra, Resident of Village-Delua, P.S.-Paru, District-Muzaffarpur.
The Modification Application stands allowed.
Let this order be communicated to Sri A.K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class Muzaffarpur West (or its successor) in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No. 02 of 2000 (Tr. No. 4634 of 2009).
