The counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction from his Client and, therefore, he is unable to approach the Opposite Party No. 2 to settle the terms of one time settlement.
Considering this aspect of the matter, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by an order dated 20.8.2014 passed in Mahila P.S. Case No. 15 of 2012 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, is hereby, rejected.
