There is recovery of a few cartridges from the pant pocket of the petitioner as also a country made gun from under the pillow kept over his bed.
Accordingly, his prayer is dismissed in connection with Doriganj P.S.Case No.50 of 2014 pending in the court of CJM, Chapra (Saran).
However, if the trial is not concluded in a period of one year from the day the petitioner was apprehended, that’s 06.04.2014, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
