No. 56289 of 2007, which was filed by one of the co- accused, whereby, this court had quashed entire proceeding including the order of cognizance dated 21.2.2007, in the present complaint i.e. Complaint Case No. 1340 of 2005, the learned trial court has dropped the proceeding against all accused persons vide order dated 29.1.2014. Accordingly, in view of the order passed by the learned court below on 29.1.2014, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the petition. The petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
