In this case, Interlocutory Application vide I.A. No.4847 of 2002 has been filed for condoning the delay in filing the present restoration petition. I.A. No.4847 of 2002 stands allowed. Delay is condoned. In view of ground set forth in the petition, restoration petition is allowed. Let S.A. No.258 of 1986 be restored to its original file, which was earlier dismissed on 02.07.2001 for default.
