The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 read with 34 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the fact that there is no direct material against the petitioner with regard to causing death of the deceased as also another co-accused Arjun Singh whose case is identically situated to that of the petitioner has already been granted bail vide order dated 21st February, 2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4825 of 2013, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge-I, Aurangabad in connection with S. Tr. No. 408/13 arising out of Goh P.S. Case No. 104/12.
