C. in which she has categorically stated that she out of her own sweet will eloped with accused Biran Yadav with whom she was in relationship from before and married him, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, District-West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Bhairoganj) P. S. Case No.545 of 2013.
