Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is false and concocted and the petitioner has remained in jail for one year and four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for one year and four months, he, namely, Ram Ujjain Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 180 of 2013, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 116 of 2014.
