The petitioner Bablu Yadav seeks bail in Chautham P.S. Case No. 01 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act. The informant apprehended the petitioner and from his possession one loaded country made pistol was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail for last one year. Of course, the petitioner has got criminal antecedent but he has already been enlarged on bail in six criminal cases except one registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

criminal cases pending against him, hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, namely, Bablu Yadav on bail at this stage. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months, if the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the court below.
