| A theft was committed in the house of the informant. The | ||
| petitioner is a domestic help and from his possession Rs. 2300/- | ||
| was recovered. There is no identification mark on the money and | ||
| it cannot, at this stage, be stated that the money which was | ||
| recovered from the possession of the petitioner was the stolen | ||
| money. The petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2014. |
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Rashmi Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Beur P.S.Case No.33 of 2014.
