One Geeta Devi alleged in the fardbeyan that her daughter was killed at the hands of accused persons including the petitioner. The petitioner happens to be the mother-in-law of the deceased and is in custody since 05.03.2014. The informant does not appear to be an eye witness to the occurrence.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Purnea in Dhamdaha P.S.Case No.45 of 2014.
