2 18-06-2014 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for State.
The petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 353, 117, 160, 186, 291, 332, 337, 342 and 383 of the Indian Penal Code.
Due to rash and negligent driving, one person lost his life. A mob gathered at the place of occurrence and when the police party arrived and took the erring driver into custody, accused persons in large numbers tried to take the custody of the driver which led to fight on the road and the petitioner is said to be one of the members of mob who tried to prevent the police officials in doing their job.
Considering the nature of offence and the fact that

there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four week from the date of receipt of the order in the court below, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 343 of 2013 to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad subject to the conditions as laid down u/S 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
