sort out the existing dispute amicably in between the parties. In case, there happens to be appearance of congenial and harmonious relationship in between the parties or in alternative the matter is finally concluded, then in that event, the provisional bail so granted to the petitioner will be confirmed by the learned lower court itself. In case, there happens to be defiant attitude on behalf of petitioner, then in that event, the learned lower court will be at liberty to pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition is disposed of.
