Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

On a tip off Gautam Yadav as well as Anshu Kumar were apprehended by the patrolling party from whose possession two diaries were recovered wherefrom it transpired that they belong to Pappu Singh group and were engaged in extortion and further, on their pointing out one country made pistol along with cartridge was recovered.

It is apparent that others co-accused have already been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos.33826 of 2012, 23975 of 2013, 29344 of 2013, 38830 of 2013, 39262 of 2013, 49266 of 2013, 13041 of 2014, 16876 of 2014 and the case of petitioner stood on similar footing.

On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer and submitted that petitioner along with others belong to notorious Pappu Singh gang.

Accordingly, petitioner Navin Kumar @ Navin Kumar Pal @ Navin Pal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No.37 of 2012.
