arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014.

It is submitted that the alleged occurrence resulted from minor altercation between the parties and in any event the resultant injuries are simple in nature. Moreover, there is no accusation of any specific assault attributed to any of the petitioners rather the same are general and omnibus with regard to assault committed by all of them with lathi- dunda.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, as such, in the event of the petitioner nos. 1, 2, and 4’s arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner nos. 1, 2, and 4 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Shri Ranjan Kumar Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Biharsharif, in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
