The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A IPC and 3 and 4 of D.P.Act registered in connection with C.R. No. 462 of 2012 (T.R.. No. 2230 of 2013).

It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as no complaint in the past of similar nature have been made against the petitioner since the parties were married in the year 2006, In any event the petitioner expresses his willingness to keep the complainant with due dignity and honour.

suo motu and submits that the complainant is also willing to reside with the petitioner if she is kept properly.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner’s arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jhanjharpur, in connection with C.R. No. 462 of 2012 (Tr. No. 2230 of 2013) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C., with the additional condition that the petitioner shall make payment of Rs. 1,500/- per month regularly to the complainant and failure on any two consecutive occasions his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned
