The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation is that some persons threw the deceased before a running truck.
It is submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has appeared. He had enmity with the deceased.
It is further submitted that there is no eye witness to the occurrence. Only suspicion has been made against the petitioner. The petitioner has been in custody since 9.7.2013.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara /court concerned in Koilwar P.
