This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prayer for bail on behalf of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide orders dated 11.05.2012, 06.03.2013 and 22.01.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 35837 of 2011, 2063 of 2013 and 45590 of 2013.
A report has been called for and it has been reported that the evidence of the prosecution has been closed after recording the evidence on 16.10.2014 and the argument is going on. The next date fixed for further argument is 07.11.2014 and after argument of the defence the case will be disposed of.
Having regard to the aforesaid report, the bail petition is disposed of with a direction to conclude the trial preferably within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
