2	18-02-2014 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The case is lodged for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code on the written report of the Inspector of Police who apprehended the petitioner and three others with cash and mobile etc. and it was suspected that they were present for committing cheating in examination.

Submission is that the recovery of electronic device from the petitioner cannot link him with any cheating in the examination. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is a man of fair antecedent and it is the first case in which he has been implicated.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the

petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Munsif II-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in Pirbahor P.S.Case No. 505 of 2013.
