A written report was given by Jaichand Yadav that his wife has been raped by the petitioner.

Submission is that after due investigation, the police has submitted final form. Not only that the police has recommended for prosecution of the informant under Sections 182 and 211 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned court, Bagaha, West Champaran in Piparasi P.S.Caseno. 38 of 2013.
