Misc. No. 50746 of 2013 on 28.1.2014 has already been granted bail. Further submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 18.7.2013 and it has been stated that this is the first case in which the petitioner has been implicated.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/court concerned, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 175 of 2013.
