In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Kasim Bazar P.S.Case No. 139 of 2013, subject to the conditions that the one of the bailors must be near relative and another having sufficient immovable property and the petitioner shall remain present physically on each and every date during trial and his default for two consecutive dates without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
