Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the

State.

Prayer of the petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 07.03.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6460 of 2013.

Considering that eight have been examined, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner in connection with Special Case No.14 of 2013 arising out of Kawakole P.S. Case No.119 of 2012 pending before the 1^st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Nawada.

Prayer for bail is once again rejected.

However, in view of the report of the Trial Court i.e. I/c Additional Sessions Judge, Nawada, that the case is pending before a vacant Court, the District & Sessions Judge, is directed to look into matter as to whether it is feasible to transfer the record to
