The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Sugauli P.S.Case No. 233 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.
Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to the petitioners to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
