It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in a transaction involving a dispute of purely civil nature. Other similarly situated co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 287 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. with additional condition that the petitioners will be physically present on each and every date and if they fail to do so on two consecutive dates, their bail bonds will be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
