during course of revisional survey as well as consolidation. The petitioners have filed second supplementary affidavit wherein instead of complying the aforesaid order, the petitioners have detailed the event with regard to some sort of transfer having been made relating to the land under dispute wherein the complainant himself stood as a witness including other details, but the requirement as per order dated 16.05.2016 has not been complied.
There happens to be deliberate act at the end of the petitioners in complying the order dated 16.05.2016 and on account thereof, for non-compliance of the Court’s order, instant petition is dismissed.
