JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 3 23-07-2014 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the corrected parentage address as shown in this application does not appear to be recorded in the order dated 22.05.2014 which is obviously a typographical error.
In above view of the matter, let the order dated 22.05.2014 be deemed to have been passed with respect to the petitioner whose name, parentage and address have been described in this application as follows :
“ Qually Singh son of Ramdhari Singh, resident of village/Mohalla – Kharna, P.S. –Goradih, Distt. – Bhagalpur.”
Accordingly, the period of surrender is also extended up to four weeks from today.
