The petitioners seek bail in a case which has been registered for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 341, 323, 380 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Initially a complaint was filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria which was referred to police and thereafter present FIR was registered.
Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioners came to the informant and directed him to vacate the land as it was already purchased by them.
Submission is that it was a case of land dispute

and only to aggravate them, the present case has been lodged. In paragraph 3 of this application, it has been mentioned that except the present case, they have not been involved in any other case.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned court, Araria in Forbesganj P.S.Case No. 250 of 2013.
