The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered against Azim Ansari and 8-10 unknown persons. for offences under Sections 385 and 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 17 Cr.L.A.Act. Informant has alleged that 8-10 persons came and handed an envelope to his Munshi which related to demand of money by way of ransom.

Submission is that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused and except that there is nothing against him.

case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri S.K.Jha, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sikrahana at Motihari/concerned court in connection with Chiraiya P.S.Case No. 114 of 2013.
