The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 498A, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 443C of 2011. 3. It is submitted that the petitioners, who are the Bhaisur and sister-in-law of the complainant have been falsely implicated as even on the averments in the complaint there is no accusation of demand of dowry against these petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners are separate from the complainant and have no concern with her day to day affairs.
