The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the alleged offences under Section 498A IPC and Section 4 of the D.P. Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1853 of 2013.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as no marriage was at all solemnized with the complainant. Moreover, even according to the averments in the complaint, the petitioner as well as the complainant had not attained majority on the alleged date of occurrence as evident from the School certificates.

In that view of the matter, the provisional anticipatory bail granted by this Court to the petitioner by order dated 25.03.2014 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Nawada in connection with Complaint Case No. 1853 of 2013 is hereby confirmed with additional condition that the petitioner will be well represented on each and every date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
