2 05-08-2014 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 384, 387, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 31 of 2013.

It is submitted that the FIR has been maliciously instituted in the backdrop of a complaint made by the petitioner’s brother to the Regional Transport Authority, Munger in connection with transport work.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts

and circumstances of the case, as such, in the event of the petitioner’s arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 31 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
