2 02-04-2014 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, informant and State.
The present application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. of Maniyari P.S. Case No. 157 of 2010 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the I.P.C.
Accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after six years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim died due to the illness and the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below.

that informant has filed the F.I.R. under certain misconception. This Court is not inclined to interfere at this
stage of proceeding.
Accordingly the application is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the contentions on the conclusion of the investigation in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 157 of 2010.
