The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 06.01.2014 passed by the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur, in Bela P.S. Case No. 36 of 2013 whereby the processes were directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 3,4,5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic Act. The prosecution case is that the petitioner was running business of flesh trade in disguise of running Beauty Parlour when three girls were apprehended.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the
petitioner that from the averments made in the
F.I.R., it appears that accusation has been levelled
merely on suspicion when apprehended girls were not
made accused.

The aforesaid facts constitute good grounds
for consideration of discharge application.
