The present application has been filed for a direction to the Special Judge (SC/ST), Gaya, in Rampur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2012/39 of 2013 for opening the seal of the house of the petitioner which was searched and sealed in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2012 registered under Sections 304, 308, 328, 120B, 272 of the I.P.C., 47(a) of the Excise Act and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act lodged against the husband of the petitioner Mantu Yadav. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for opening of seal a petition was filed on 10.09.2013. Consequently, a report was called for from the S.S.P., Gaya.
