The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 457, 354, 323 IPC and under Sections 3 and 4 of the S.C./S.T. Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 410 (C) of 2013. 3. It is submitted that the present prosecution has been instituted at the behest of ex-Mukhiya against whom the petitioner made allegation of irregularities and corruption. 4. Be that as it may, considering the statutory bar under Section 18 of the S.C./S.T. Act this petition is not maintainable which is accordingly stands dismissed.
