It is submitted that the instant criminal prosecution has been instituted against the petitioner only for disobeying an administrative order of the superior officer in the matter of procurement of paddy.

date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
