The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, and 120B of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 287 of 2013.

It is submitted that the dispute between the parties is essentially of civil nature. Similarly situated coaccused have been granted anticipatory bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 18816 of 2014.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, as such, in the event of the petitioners’ arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners

be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 287 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C., with additional condition to remain physically present before the court below on each and every date at least for two years or till disposal of the case, whichever is earlier and in case of failure on two consecutive dates without giving any reasonable explanation, the liberty granted shall be deemed to be cancelled.
