The petitioner seeks bail in a case which was initially registered for offence under Section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added. The informant’s father 85 years old was abducted and demand of ransom was made. Submission is that during investigation no witness of killing of the victim has been examined and the evidence which has been collected is that he had talked with the petitioner on 20.05.2013 who was a money lender. Further submission is that the petitioner had not talked with the victim after his leaving the house on 21.05.2013. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Purnea/concerned court in Sessions Trial No. 1112 of 2013 arising out of K.Nagar P.S. Case No. 209 of 2013.
